Release 03

Fifty-three files focused on Cold War intelligence and classic U.S. UFO program records. CIA material includes the 1952–53 Scientific Advisory Panel on Unidentified Flying Objects, Project Blue Book Special Report No. 14, the U-2 and OXCART overhead reconnaissance history, British and Australian defense studies, and multiple Soviet/European sighting accounts — including a 1976 Aeroflot crew report that discusses UFO phenomena alongside fatigue and radiation research. DoW adds unresolved modern case updates (Western U.S. event), 1948–49 USAF flying-object incident analyses, a 1949 Army flying-saucer study, and related Navy/CIA transmissions. Nine official videos included.
