Twenty-two files blending recent FBI witness work with historical intelligence and diplomacy. The FBI block is largely FD-302 interview reports and digital renderings from 2011–2026 — including dark translucent triangles over Colorado Springs (2023), slow-moving and multi-red-light formations, and thermally elevated aerial objects logged in 2026. DoW releases span the 1947 ghost-rocket intelligence review, 1947–48 Air Materiel Command UFO reporting, 1953 film analysis of unidentified objects, and a 2021 unresolved Gulf of Oman IIR. State and Executive Office files preserve November 1963 diplomatic cables on aerial phenomena near Brazil; CIA adds a 1965 Puerto Rico report. Sixteen official videos.
